Faith at the Heart of Education
At Saint Anthony Catholic School, Eucharistic faith and Catholic beliefs are the foundation of everything we do. As a diocesan-led school within the Diocese of St. Petersburg, Florida, we operate under the guidance and authority of the Most Reverend Bishop Gregory L. Parkes. Our mission is to deliver a quality Catholic education while guiding students on their personal faith journeys.
In addition, we are committed to weaving faith practices into every part of the school day. Our goal is to develop well-rounded students who are academically prepared and deeply rooted in a faith-filled community.
Living Our Catholic Faith
Faith is present in every aspect of academic study and daily life. Students engage in regular practices that strengthen their connection to Catholic teachings. As a result, they learn to integrate their beliefs into their everyday experiences.
Our Catholic School Curriculum
We blend faith, culture, and life experiences into all learning. In doing so, students build meaningful connections between their beliefs, their communities, and the world around them.
At the core of our mission is a strong Eucharistic foundation. By combining our rigorous academic program with Catholic values, Christ remains central to all we do—from athletics to modern technology.
Students also take part in daily religion classes, which support both spiritual growth and sacramental preparation. Through this faith-filled education, we guide our elementary and middle school students to grow spiritually, academically, and socially. Most importantly, we empower them to live out their Catholic faith in meaningful ways.
Our Spiritual Community
In 1884, just two years after the founding of the Catholic Colony that would become San Antonio, Florida, St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church celebrated its first Mass. Today, this historic church remains an active part of our community, its proximity to Saint Anthony Catholic School symbolizing the deep connection between our shared past and present.
As a diocesan school under the Office of Catholic Schools and Centers, we are grateful to receive spiritual guidance from the pastor of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Additionally, our campus is enriched by nearby priests, sisters, and monks who frequently engage with students. These relationships help bring faith to life for our school community.

Faith Resources for Families
